At Outfitters, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
